Please refer to the ENVR website (http://www.unl.edu/esp) to examine the classes required for each emphasis area in the program. The sample programs of study above are for the Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies with emphasis in Biological Science from the Arts & Sciences College (ASC); and a Bachelor or Arts in Environmental Studies with emphasis in Anthropology from ASC. Students can also complete a B.S. in Natural Resources (BSNR) from the College Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR). Each Environmental Studies student has a unique set of courses based on varying interests and career goals. The sample program is simply to give you an idea of the variety of materials you will be exposed to during your time at NU. As a student, you will meet with your academic adviser when selecting courses and planning your career direction.
