Please provide the:

• Course prefix and number
• Course description including semester/quarter hours, prerequisites, and a syllabus including required texts.
• If the course has a lab, please indicate whether the lab is included in the semester hours or a separate number; the number of hours spent and topics covered in the lab.

The process involves a number of people:

Academic Transfer Coordinator obtains course information and forwards it to faculty member for evaluation. The faculty member forwards the evaluation to the college representative. After approval, any updates are made to the Degree Audit Reporting System. Updates are then posted to the UNL Transfer Course Equivalency web page and the Transfer Course Guides for Nebraska Community Colleges.

Direct questions about the process or the status of any course evaluation to the Academic Transfer Coordinator. Forward any curriculum changes (course additions, deletions, number changes, semester hour changes, etc.) to the Academic Transfer Coordinator.
