On March 4, 2012, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will host its annual Big Red Road Show at CenturyLink Center in Omaha. The Big Red Road Show marks the finale of a week's worth of Big Red activities happening all around the Omaha metro.

The Big Red Road Show is designed to share UNL's intellectual and student life possibilities with prospective students and the Omaha community. This year's theme is the "10th Annual Big Red Road Show: Honor the Past; Build the Future." More than 75 interactive booths will honor Nebraska's past through research, academics, and athletics; while sharing the opportunities for student discovery, academic excellence, and student life traditions that shape UNL's future leaders of tomorrow.

With over 75 ways to experience life as a Husker and major prize drawings, this will be the best Big Red Road Show yet! You won't want to miss this exciting event.

The first 1,000 guests at the Big Red Road Show receive a free gift!

Highlights include: 

• Talent showcase featuring special performances from schools across the Omaha metro area
• Drawing for a free netbook computer (must be present to win, must be a high school student) 
• Drawing for a textbook stipend from University Bookstore to one admitted student
• Free graduation Limousine ride for Old Market Limo to one admitted student
• Free Old Chicago pizza party to the high school with the most students attending 
• Free T-shirts to all high school students who visit each exhibit 
• Appearances from Husker legends Johnny Rodgers, Eric Crouch, Ahman Green, and Amanda Gates Sjuts
