The University of Nebraska–Lincoln consists of three distinct campuses, each with its own unique character and academic offerings. Close in proximity, students can travel between the campuses via bus, bike or on foot.

City Campus, located in the heart of downtown Lincoln, is the main campus of the university. It houses a wide range of academic departments and colleges, including the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Business. City Campus is known for its vibrant student life and bustling atmosphere, with numerous dining options, cultural centers and recreational facilities.

East Campus, situated just east of downtown, focuses on agricultural and life sciences. It is home to the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, as well as research centers and laboratories dedicated to agriculture and veterinary sciences.

Innovation Campus, located just north of City Campus, is a hub for entrepreneurship, technology and industry partnerships. It fosters collaboration between the university and various businesses and startups, with a focus on innovation and economic development.
