The University of Nebraska–Lincoln's summer camps are designed for high school students to ignite their passions, make friendships and prepare for their future on Nebraska's campus.

From STEM exploration to arts and business, our wide range of camps offer something for everyone.

  • Discover Transportation Engineering

    Rising High School Freshmen, High School Students

    Discover Transportation Engineering is a summer program for all rising high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduating seniors with an interest in civil or transportation engineering. Students will spend two nights on City Campus, meet with industry professionals and create unique transportation solutions.

    Rising High School Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors

    Big Red Camps offer nine distinct college and career exploration programs in areas such as art, education, engineering and physical and social sciences. Hosted at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, students will explore Nebraska's campus, meet people from across the country, spend time investigating an interest or potential career and showcase their achievements.

  • Innovate: The Raikes School Way

    Rising High School Juniors and Seniors

    Innovate: The Raikes School Way is a two-week summer program designed for students interested in computer science, programming and innovative entrepreneurship. Students who expect to enter college in the fall of 2027 will be given priority based on total applications. Students who expect to enter college in the fall of 2028 will also be considered if they have completed pre-calculus prior to the start of camp.
