Husker Saturday is an open house visit designed to help you experience the best of Nebraska in a short amount time while giving you a convenient weekend option. During your visit, you'll tour campus with a current Nebraska student as your guide, browse your academic interests, learn more about student involvement opportunities and discuss your next steps to Nebraska. Check out the sample schedule below for more details.

Students may bring two guests. Pre-registration is required.

9:30 a.m.

Check-in

Check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Nebraska Student Union (1400 R St.).

10 a.m.

Welcome

Get a "big picture" introduction to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

10:30 a.m.

Campus Tour

Experience what life is like as a student at Nebraska. We'll walk the tour, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

12–1 p.m.

Academic & Activities Fair

During this time, you will have the opportunity to meet with the academic colleges at Nebraska and representatives from various campus offices like Housing, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Learning Communities, Honors Programs and ROTC.

12:15 p.m.

Optional Lunch Begins

Enjoy lunch in one of our on-campus dining halls to end your day at Nebraska.

Parking & Check-In

Parking is available at the Larson Building (1317 Q Street) and Que Place (1111 Q Street) parking garages. No need to pay—bring your stub and we will validate it before you leave.
