Join us for The Cornhusker Connection on Friday, October 4! This half-day visit during Nebraska’s homecoming week allows you to visit college open houses, tour the campus, and browse an Academics and Activities fair featuring various organizations, offices, and college representatives.

Cost for this event is $5 per person and includes lunch in one of our dining centers.

8:30 a.m.

Check-in

Check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the Nebraska Student Union (1400 R St.). At check-in, we’ll validate your parking and give you the necessary materials for your day ahead.

9 a.m.

Welcome to Nebraska

Get a "big picture" introduction to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.

9:30 a.m.

Campus Tour

Experience what life is like as a student at Nebraska. We’ll walk the tour, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

11 a.m.

Academics and Activities Fair

Meet students and staff from all academic colleges represented at Nebraska. Tables will also include a variety of student organizations across campus.

11:45 a.m.

Lunch

Enjoy lunch in one of our on-campus dining centers.

12:45 p.m.

Dismiss to College Open Houses

1 p.m.

Meet with your interested college to explore more about the resources and support they'll provide at Nebraska.

Parking & Check-In

Parking is available at the Larson Building (1317 Q Street) and Que Place (1111 Q Street) parking garages. No need to pay—your parking will be validated before you leave.
